Born and raised in the Orlando area he has witnessed the explosive growth of Florida and the incoming baby boom generation finding peace, sun and fun in the Florida area.He has invested in many Florida real estate properties himself, from Ocala to Miami and even the little town of New Smyrna Beach and is able to live a prosperous life now because of those wise investments made over the last 20 years.
He now wants to give back and teach others about the Florida real estate market with no agenda as there is not realtor commissions involved and no mortgage points to be had…quite simply, he has been disgusted with how the real estate market in the last 7 years has brought on many ‘snake oil salespeople’ in the form of ‘realtors and mortgage brokers’ that really don’t know diddly about the real estate market yet convince someone to make a huge life decision with their money in buying one of the most expensive assets they will ever have in their portfolio!
